In mid-July 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during inpatient drug checking. Many ecstasy tablets contained a high dose of MDMA, one of which was laced with 324 mg MDMA extremely high doses. One MDMA sample proved to be 4-CMC. In two speed samples, a unknown substance detected. In addition to cocaine, a striking number of cocaine samples also contained the local anaesthetic Procaine was detected. In addition to cocaine, other cocaine samples also contained the substances Levamisole, Phenacetin and Caffeine in different doses and combinations. In two samples submitted for analysis as LSD, in addition to LSD, a unknown substance and iso-LSD found. One 2C-B tablet was labelled with 37 mg 2C-B very high doses. Four mephedrone samples contained instead of mephedrone 4-CMCtwo of them additionally a unknown substance.
