At the end of July / beginning of August 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. Many ecstasy tablets contained a high dose of MDMA. Another speed sample contained a unknown substance instead of the expected amphetamine. In addition to cocaine, a large proportion of the samples submitted as cocaine also contained Caffeine. Two other cocaine samples also contained Procaine. Caffeine was also detected in a tablet dispensed as 2C-B. One sample dispensed as THC cannabis also contained a unknown substance.
