Current warnings, calendar week 33 – 2026
In late July / early August 2026, we tested a number of substances of particular concern to public health as part of our mobile and stationary drug-checking services. In several tablets submitted for analysis as ‘ecstasy’, in addition to or instead of MDMA, Caffeine were found. A number of other ecstasy tablets contained a high or very high dose of MDMA. In some cocaine samples, cutting agents such as Levamisole, Procaine and/or Phenacetin was found. The majority of the samples submitted as 3-MMC and 4-MMC did not contain the expected cathinone, but rather a different cathinone, including 3-CMC, 4-CMC and N-Ethylpentedron.
Under the following link, all samples that have been analysed by checkit! since the last warnings and classified as high-dose, unexpected or of particular health concern are presented in detail: Current warnings, calendar week 33 – 2026
