At the end of August 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during inpatient drug checking. In addition to several high-dose Ecstasy tablets were found in a sample passed off as MDMA Methamphetamine was detected instead of MDMA. One MDMA sample contained instead of MDMA 3-CMC, another 3-CMC and iso-3-CMC. Half of the cocaine samples submitted during the period contained at least one cutting agentsmany of them Procaine. In a sample submitted as ketamine, the two new psychoactive substances 2-Fluorodeschloroketamine and Deschloro-N-ethylketamine found. A cannabis sample contained the new synthetic cannabinoid ADB-BUTINACAin two others a unknown substance .
