Current warnings week 43 - 2022

In October 2022, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during inpatient drug checking and at an event. In addition to some (very) high-dose ecstasy tablets, synthetic cathinones (3-CMC or 4-CMC) were identified in four tablets alongside MDMA. Another ecstasy tablet contained only caffeine, another the opioid buprenorphine. The new psychoactive substance 2-fluorodeschloroketamine was detected in a sample dispensed as ketamine. Furthermore, a sample dispensed as cannabis contained the synthetic cannabinoid MDMB-4en-PINACA.

In the following, all samples that have been taken since the last warnings to date by checkit! analysed and classified as high-dose, unexpected or of particular health concern: Current warnings week 43-2022
