Drug checking instructions for consumers at the home base
Book an appointment, to submit your sample to us for analysis.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it!
Sample at the appointment under the guidance of the employees in the checkit! homebase deliver. You can submit a maximum of two samples for analysis at the appointment.
Note: If you want to dispense a powder, mix it well at home first.
Your Analysis result can be enquired the next Thursday between 3 and 5 pm:
- By telephone under 01 4000 53655 or
- Personally - just drop by at the homebase (Gumpendorfer Straße 8, 1060 Vienna)
If it is not possible for you at this time, you can also reach us by telephone at the following Telephone counselling times. Or you can send us a message with your sample code via our encrypted online counselling platform. We try to answer your message as soon as possible (within 1-2 working days), but in exceptional cases, or if your result is not yet available, it may take longer.

Can't make your appointment?
Please cancel so that we can release the appointment again. You can do this directly via the link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or via our Online counselling.
You couldn't book an appointment?
We are sorry if there are currently no free dates available. Unfortunately, we can only accept a limited number of samples per week. Every Monday the dates for the following week are released for booking. Please try again soon.
