In September 2021, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. A sample purchased as ketamine also contained, in addition to ketamine Methamphetamine. Various tablets sold as ecstasy did not contain MDMA, but instead contained Amphetamine and caffeine. In addition, various new psychoactive substances were detected in some other samples. One sample purchased as mephedrone (4-MMC) instead contained Clephedrone (4-CMC)another mephedrone sample contained 3-MMC, clephedrone (4-CMC) and an unknown substance. On a cannabis sample, the two synthetic cannabinoids EDMB-PINACA and ADB-4en-PINACA detected. In addition to cocaine, a cocaine sample also contained Clephedrone (4-CMC), levamisole and phenacetin proven.

In the following, all samples that have been taken since the last warnings to date by checkit! analysed and classified as high-dose, unexpected or of particular health concern: Current warnings week 39-2021
