ATTENTION IMPORTANT CHANGE!!! - NPSG

As of 1 January 2012, the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NPSG) in force.

Similar to the Narcotics Act, the Handling with "new psychoactive substances" ("legal highs" or research chemicals) prohibited under criminal law as of 1 January 2012. Specifically, the Generationwhich Import and export and the Transfer and provision (transfer) of such substances in order to derive an advantage from them, forbidden. In the event of an offence against this law, the judicial penalty is up to two years imprisonment and in particularly serious cases up to ten years imprisonment.

Please note: This law is intended to legally prohibit trade and production for profit. The NPSG is not intended to penalise you as a consumer. However, you must comply with the Medicinal Products Act or the Medicinal Products Import Act, the provisions of which you are usually in breach of.

In addition, the authorities have the right under this law to confiscate all new psychoactive substances if you cannot prove that you are authorised to use them.
