In January
n 2020, we tested a number of substances that pose a particular health risk. In addition to ecstasy tablets, some of which contained very high doses, caffeine was identified in one tablet submitted for analysis as ecstasy in addition to the expected MDMA, and amphetamine and MDE were identified in another tablet in addition to MDMA. In two samples submitted for analysis as mephedrone, the new psychoactive substances Clephedrone (4-CMC) and Clophedrone (3-CMC) was detected. In addition, a powder sold as caffeine contained the new psychoactive substance instead of caffeine MDPV.

Current warnings December 2019 - Part 2
In December 2019, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. A (very) high MDMA content was detected in some ecstasy tablets.

Current warnings December 2019
In December 2019, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to some ecstasy tablets, some of which contained very high doses, one tablet submitted for analysis as ecstasy also contained Caffeine and Ephedrine identified. In a supposed alprazolam tablet, instead of the expected benzodiazepine, the new synthetic opioid U-47700 detected. In addition to the expected amphetamine, a sample submitted as speed also contained Caffeine and methamphetamine. In addition to the expected mephedrone, a crystal delivered as mephedrone showed Ketamine and clephedrone (4-CMC) were found. Furthermore, in various samples Unknown substances identified.

Warning: synthetic opioid in benzodiazepine
In December 2019, we have iWe identified a particularly harmful composition in a sample submitted as alprazolam. Instead of the expected benzodiazepine (alprazolam), we found the new synthetic opioid U-47700 identified.
U-47700 ("Pinky") is a substance from the opioid group, which is sold as a research chemical. As there is only a short history of use and U-47700 is largely unexplored, no reliable statements can be made about risks and long-term effects. It is thought to have similar effects to other opioids, including analgesia, euphoria, sedation and constipation. Animal studies have shown that morphine is 7.5 times more effective[1]. In connection with an overdose or mixed consumption with e.g. fentanyl, the following have already been reported Deaths reported. In the recent past, benzodiazepine tablets (especially XANAX®) have frequently appeared on the black market that did not contain the expected alprazolam, but various substances from the groups of new synthetic opioids or new benzodiazepines[2][3].
We strongly advise against the use of untested benzodiazepines that have not been prescribed by a doctor!

Current warnings October 2019
In October 2019, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to some (very) high-dose ecstasy tablets (including 308 mg/tablet), we found the local anaesthetic Lidocaine with a very high active substance content were found. In a sample submitted as speed Methamphetamine, Clephedrone (4-CMC) and five unknown Substances detected. One tablet dispensed as alprazolam contained the new benzodiazepines Flualprazolam, Etizolam and one unknown substance.

Current warnings August 2019
In August 2019, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to some (very) high-dose ecstasy tablets, new psychoactive substances were found in two samples submitted as speed instead of the expected amphetamine: In one sample Mephedrone (4-MMC) proven and in a second Alpha-pyrrolidinopentiophenone (α-PVP). One sample submitted for analysis as 2C-E contained a unknown substance. In a sample submitted for analysis as LSD, not the expected LSD but 1P-LSD and one unknown substance proven.

Current warnings July 2019
In July 2019, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to some (very) high-dose ecstasy tablets, two tablets submitted for analysis as ecstasy contained Amphetamine and Caffeine detected. All speed powders submitted for analysis during this period contained amphetamine as well as caffeine and possibly other additives.

Current warnings June 2019
In June 2019, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to some (very) high-dose ecstasy tablets, we detected caffeine as well as the expected active ingredient MDMA in three tablets submitted for analysis as ecstasy. In a further tablet supplied as ecstasy, the new psychoactive substances 5-APB and 6-APB identified.

Current warnings May 2019
In May 2019, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to some high-dose ecstasy tablets, one tablet dispensed as 2C-B contained a unknown substance detected. In addition, various new psychoactive substances were submitted for analysis, most of which contained the expected substance.
