In mid-April 2024, we have for mobile drug checking tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to five high-dose ecstasy tablets, one tablet dispensed as ecstasy also contained, in addition to MDMA MDA. In addition to amphetamine, a speed sample also revealed Methamphetamine, Ketamine, Caffeineand DPIA was detected. In addition to amphetamine, another speed sample also contained MDMA. At the beginning of April 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. Current warnings KW 14 - 2024

At the end of March 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. Among other things, various other substances were discovered in samples submitted as speed, including 4-fluoroamphetamine, methamphetamine, 3-CMC (clophedrone). Current warnings KW 12 - 2024

At the beginning of March 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to several high- or very high doses ecstasy tablets, a sample submitted as MDMA also contained the cathinone 2-MMC (2-methylmethcathinone) identified. Two samples submitted for analysis as speed did not contain amphetamine, but 2-MMC or Cocaine. In a sample submitted as THC cannabis, the synthetic cannabinoid MDMB-4en-PINACA identified; in another one unknown substance detected. Two samples submitted as 3-MMC did not contain the expected cathinone, but instead contained 2-MMC resp. Mephedrone (4-MMC). A powder delivered as 5-MeO-MiPT turned out to be 4-FMA (4-fluoromethamphetamine) out. In addition to mephedrone, a sample submitted as mephedrone also contained Ketamine and 2-MMC. In addition to mephedrone, another sample also contained 3-CMC (Clophedrone) proven.

Current warnings KW 10 - 2024

At the end of February / beginning of March 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. Some ecstasy tablets contained a high or very high amount of MDMA. Another ecstasy tablet was found to contain traces of MDMA as well as a unknown substance was detected. In a sample submitted for analysis as cocaine Pregabalin identified. A sample submitted for analysis as mephedrone contained not only mephedrone but also 4-Bromoethcathinone. Several other samples showed no mephedrone, but other cathinones such as 3-MMC, 3-CMC (Clophedrone) or 4-CMC (Clephedrone) on. A powder delivered as 2C-B contained only Paracetamol and one tablet dispensed as 2C-B one Mixture of caffeine and an unknown substance.

Current warnings KW 6 - 2024

At the end of January/beginning of February 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during mobile and stationary drug checking. In addition to many high-dose ecstasy tablets, other questionable mixtures were detected. Current warnings KW 4 - 2024

In early and mid-January 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during inpatient drug checking. In addition to some high-dose ecstasy tablets, one tablet contained the new psychoactive substance instead of the expected MDMA Dimethylpentylone and Caffeine and 2-PEA. A sample submitted as speed turned out to be N-Ethylpentedron. In addition to cocaine, some cocaine samples also contained Levamisoletwo of them additionally Paracetamolin another sample Caffeine, Paracetamol, and a unknown substance detected. In a cannabis sample, the semi-synthetic cannabinoid HHC detected, another contained a unknown substance. One as Xanax® tablet contained the research benzodiazepine alprazolam instead of the expected alprazolam Flualprazolam. In a captagon®-tablet were found instead of the expected fenetylline Amphetamine, Caffeine, Theophylline and a unknown substance detected. A mephedrone sample proved to be N-Ethylpentedronanother as a unknown substance.

Current warnings KW 2 - 2024

At the end of December 2023, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to some high-dose ecstasy tablets, two tablets contained the new psychoactive substance 3-fluoroethamphetamine (3-FEA) detected. A sample submitted for analysis as speed did not contain the expected amphetamine, but a mixture of Caffeine, N-Ethylpentedron and one unknown substance. In two samples submitted as THC cannabis, the synthetic cannabinoid MDMB-4en-PINACA was detected; one of the samples also contained MDMB-INACA. Three 3-MMC samples showed no 3-MMC, but two of them showed 2-MMC and one 3-CMC (Clophedrone) . In a mephedrone sample Amphetamine, Caffeine and 4-CMC (Clephedrone) were identified. Another mephedrone sample contained only an unknown substance. A sample submitted for analysis as 4-AcO-MET showed not only the expected psychedelic substance but also Diacetylmorphine . A GHB sample turned out to be GBL .

Current warnings KW 50 - 2023

At the end of November / beginning of December 2023, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. Three ecstasy tablets contained the new psychoactive substance instead of the expected MDMA 3-FEA (3-fluoroethamphetamine). In two samples submitted as cannabis, the synthetic cannabinoid MDMB-4en-PINACA was found, in one of them additionally MDMB-INACA. A sample submitted for analysis as 5-MAPB did not contain the expected entactogen, but the dissociative new psychoactive substance 3-MeO-PCP. In a sample submitted as JWH-210, another cannabinoid was detected in addition to the expected synthetic cannabinoid: EDMB-PINACA.
