Amsterdam: Another cocaine warning!

 

 

Attention!
Cocaine is once again being sold on the streets of Amsterdam, which is not actually cocaine but white heroin!

A similar warning was published last November (see here).

In addition to numerous hospitalisations of consumers with life-threatening conditions, this mix-up has already led to 3 deaths.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Current warnings February 2015

Since the beginning of February, we have tested a number of substances that are of particular concern to health. In addition to a supposed LSD - sample in which the three new synthetic substances 25I-NBOMe, 25C-NBOMe and 25H-NBOMe As in the previous months, a number of risks had to be recognised before a series of high-dose ecstasy tablets be warned. Furthermore, the new synthetic substances Methoxetamine and 3-MMC were detected as unexpected ingredients in two samples.

Current warnings January 2015

Since the beginning of the year, we have tested a number of substances that are of particular concern to health. As before (Very) high-dose ecstasy tablets in circulation, as well as tablets sold as ecstasy, which other ingredients instead of/in addition to MDMA contained. In addition, the new synthetic substances Pentedron and 4-Methylamphetamine were identified as unexpected substances in alleged speed samples. Other new synthetic substances that were detected were Methiopropamine (in a substance delivered as cocaine) and MDPBP (in a supposed ketamine sample).

 

Here  all samples that have been submitted in the period from 01.01.2015 to date to checkit! analysed and classified as high-dose, unexpected or of particular health concern.

 

 

 


Attention! Superman pills with PMMA again

Our Spanish colleagues from Energy Control have analysed the Superman pills analysed, which instead of MDMA contained a large quantity of the particularly harmful substance PMMA (140 mg) and Amphetamine (6 mg) contained. This pill is orange and has the Superman logo on the front; there is no logo or break groove on the back.

 

In December/January we already warned about similar looking pills that also contained PMMA in large quantities. These pills are pink in colour and have the Superman logo on both the front and the back. According to media reports, there have already been some deaths in connection with these pills.

Attention!!! Superman pills with PMMA

Attention! These Superman pills were tested in Amsterdam (back side the same as front side), which instead of MDMA contain the substance PMMA (173 mg) + a small amount of amphetamine, which is particularly harmful to health! 173 mg is a potentially lethal dose!

According to media reports from Great Britain, 4 people have already died there after consuming pills with this appearance.

We strongly advise against the consumption of these pills!!!

Current warnings December 2014 Part 2

Since the beginning of December, we have tested a number of substances of concern. In addition to numerous (very) high doses ecstasy tablets, we have again analysed several tablets sold as ecstasy, which other ingredients instead of/in addition to MDMA contained. In addition, the new synthetic substances Pentedron and Ethylon were identified as unexpected substances in suspected MDMA samples. In one sample submitted as 2C-I, we were able to identify 25C-NBOMe and 25I-NBOMethe new psychoactive substance 25H-NBOMe for the first time.

Since the beginning of December, we have tested a number of substances of concern. A sample submitted as strychnine was categorised as being of particular health concern, as it also contained another strong neurotoxin in addition to strychnine - namely Brucin - was found. A warning also had to be issued about a substance found which, in addition to amphetamine, caffeine and an unknown substance, also contained the opioid Buprenorphine contained. We also tested a range of high-dose ecstasy tablets again this time.

In addition, we again identified the new psychoactive substance 4-methylamphetamine (4-MA) in a supposed speed sample. Several medical incidents have already occurred across Europe due to 4-MA.
