In May 2023, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to some (very) high-dose ecstasy tablets In addition, the hallucinogen AMT detected. Current warnings KW 20 - 2023

In May 2023, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to some (very) high-dose ecstasy tablets a sample submitted as ketamine instead contained the two new psychoactive substances Deschloroketamine and 2-fluorodeschloroketamine identified. Instead of mephedrone, one sample contained the new psychoactive substance 4-CMC (Clephedrone).

Current warnings week 18 - 2023

In mid / late April 2023, we tested a number of substances that pose a particular health risk. In addition to some (very) high-dose ecstasy tablets, one tablet sold as ecstasy contained the psychedelic new psychoactive substance 5-MeO-MiPT detected. In addition to cocaine, one sample submitted as cocaine also contained MDMA and the Cathinon Dimethylpentylone identified. A fragment dispensed as XANAX contained the benzodiazepine benzodiazepine instead of the expected alprazolam Flubromazolam. In addition, a sample submitted for analysis as cannabis was found to contain the synthetic cannabinoid MDMB-4en-PINACA detected. Several samples contained unknown substances: one sample submitted as oxycodone contained two previously unknown substances. Unknown substances .

Current warnings KW 16 - 2023

In April 2023, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. Once again, the hallucinogens AMT and 5-MeO-MiPT identified. A sample delivered as THC liquid contained the synthetic cannabinoid ADB-B-5Br-INACA and two unknown substances. One sample submitted as mephedrone also contained Methamphetamine and an unknown substance. Three samples submitted as 2C-B also contained a unknown substance.

Current warnings KW 14 - 2023

In March 2023, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during stationary and mobile drug checking at an event. Two tablets handed out as ecstasy contained two different hallucinogens instead of MDMA, one AMT (α-methyltryptamine) and the other 5-MeO-MiPT. In a tablet delivered as 2C-B, additional two unknown substances found. In a sample that was supposed to contain MDMA Dimethylpentylone proven.

Current warnings KW 12 - 2023

 In March 2023, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to some (very) high-dose ecstasy tablets, we analysed a sample submitted for analysis as MDMA for the presence of cathinones 3-CMC and iso-3-CMC was detected. This combination of cathinones was also identified in two samples submitted for analysis as 3-MMC. One sample submitted for analysis as speed contained the new psychoactive substance instead of the expected amphetamine 2-Fluromethamphetamine (2-FMA). A cannabis sample showed the synthetic cannabinoid JWH-210 .

Warning: Ecstasy with 5-MeO-MiPT

 In March 2023, checkit! found the substance in nine ecstasy tablets 5-MeO-MiPT identified. The effects of MDMA and 5-MeO-MiPT are very different.

Current warnings KW 10 - 2023

 At the end of February / beginning of March 2023, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. Among other things, a unknown substance was detected in an ecstasy tablet. In a sample submitted as MDMA, instead 4-CMC detected. Various additives were found in several samples submitted as cocaine, including the synthetic cathinones 3-CMC and iso-3-CMC.

Current warnings week 8 - 2023

 In February 2023, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In one sample submitted as speed, several unexpected substances were detected in addition to amphetamine. In another sample submitted as speed Cocaine detected. In a sample passed off as cannabis, the synthetic cannabinoid MDMB-4en-PINACA were detected in two further cannabis samples, one unknown substance found.

Warning: Ecstasy with AMT

 In the first two weeks of February 2023, checkit! has been selling four ecstasy tablets with different logos α-Methyltryptamine (AMT) identified. All tablets also contained caffeine and one of them also contained the synthetic cathinone Eutylon (bk-EBDB). The tablets are currently in circulation in Vienna. We advise against the consumption of these tablets!
