At the beginning of November 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. Only the active ingredient mefenamic acid was detected in two samples delivered as cocaine. The corresponding active substance was not detected in any of the substances delivered as 3-MMC; instead, the active substances 2-MMC and 3-CMC were found. The synthetic cannabinoid ADB- 4en-PINACA was detected in one sample delivered as cannabis.

At the beginning of November, in addition to paracetamol, caffeine, quinine and two unknown substances, we also detected the synthetic opioid Fentanyl was detected at a high dose (just under 7%).

In addition to some (very) high-dose ecstasy tabletstwo tablets contained a unknown substance proven. In addition to cocaine, more than one in three cocaine samples contained one or more cutting agentsincluding in many cases Procaine. In a sample submitted for analysis as ketamine, instead 3-CMC (Clophedrone) identified. Three samples submitted either as 3-MMC and as mephedrone (4-MMC) contained a different cathinone instead of the expected substance: 2-MMC or 3-CMC (Clophedrone).

In three samples submitted as 3-MMC or mephedrone (4-MMC), a different synthetic cathinone - 3-CMC or 2-MMC - identified.

At the end of September 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to some high-dose ecstasy tablets was found in a sample submitted for analysis as MDMA, instead of from MDMAa unknown substance. Several cocaine samples contained next to cocaine also Procaine. In addition to cocaine and procaine, some other samples also contained Caffeine and/or Levamisole. Another cocaine sample contained both Cocaine, caffeine, procaine, levamisole and phenacetin.

At the beginning of September 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In a sample submitted as LSD, the active substance 1V-LSD was detected. In a sample submitted as 3-MMC Methamphetamine and the active ingredient 2-MMC was detected. Furthermore, in one MDMA sample, in addition to the expected MDMA, the active substance Ketamine found.

At the end of August 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during inpatient drug checking. At the beginning and middle of August 2024, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during mobile and stationary drug checking. Almost half of the cocaine samples submitted during this period contained at least one cutting agentsmany of them Procaine. In two samples submitted for analysis as mephedrone (4-MMC), the cathinone 3-CMC (Clophedrone) and in a 2-MMC was detected. In another mephedrone sample, a combination of the cathinones 2-MMC and N-Ethylpentedron identified.
