Current warnings KW 15 - 2026
At the end of March to the beginning of April 2026, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during stationary and mobile drug checking. In one sample submitted as DMT instead 2C-B found; in a sample submitted as speed only the active substance DMT. In a tablet dispensed as the research benzodiazepine pyrazolam Bromazepam and an unknown substance was detected.

Current warnings week 13 - 2026
In mid-March 2026, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to the expected MDMA, two tablets submitted for analysis as ecstasy also contained Caffeine identified. In a sample submitted for analysis as cannabis, the synthetic cannabinoid ADB-BUTINACA identified. Two further cannabis samples each contained an additional one, unknown substance. The majority of samples submitted as 3-MMC or mephedrone (4-MMC) did not contain the expected cathinone, but another cathinone or a mixture of several cathinones, including 3-CMC, 4-CMC, N-Ethylpentedron and 4-BEC. Three samples submitted as cocaine also contained typical cocaine extenders such as Procaine, phenacetin, levamisole or caffeine. A substance delivered as unknown contained Fluorexetamine.

Current warnings KW 11 - 2026
At the end of February / beginning of March 2026, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In four tablets submitted for analysis as ecstasy, other ingredients were identified instead of the expected MDMA: two tablets contained a mixture of MDMA and caffeine, one tablet contained Amphetamine and caffeine and another the new psychoactive substance 3-FEA (3-fluoroethamphetamine). In four samples submitted for analysis as cannabis, synthetic cannabinoids (MDMB-PINACA or ADB-4en-PINACA) were identified. The majority of samples submitted as 3-MMC or mephedrone (4-MMC) did not contain the expected cathinone, but another cathinone or a mixture of several cathinones, including 3-CMC, 4-CMC, N-Ethylpentedron and 4-BEC. Three samples submitted as LSD, including two tablets and one liquid, did not contain the expected substance, but one unknown substance.

Current warnings week 9 - 2026
In mid to late February 2026, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during stationary and mobile drug checking. In a pill dispensed as ecstasy Amphetamine and Caffeine was detected. In two samples submitted as ketamine, instead of the expected active substance, only Cocaine detected. In addition to MDMA, one sample submitted as MDMA contained predominantly Mephedrone.

Current warnings week 7 - 2026
At the beginning of February 2026, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during inpatient drug checking. In several tablets dispensed as ecstasy High dosages MDMA and admixtures of Caffeine was detected. In two tablets, instead of the expected MDMA, 3-CMC and one unknown substance found. Three cocaine samples contained typical extenders such as Procaine, caffeine or Phenacetin. In several samples submitted for analysis as 2C-B, additional Unknown substances or admixtures of 4-MMC was detected. Several cannabis samples also contained additional Unknown substances or synthetic cannabinoids. One sample, which was submitted as an unknown substance, contained 5F-MDMB-PINACA. In addition, in several samples submitted as mephedrone, besides the expected
4-MMC also 4-CMC and 4-BEC .

Current warnings KW 6 - 2026
At the end of January 2026, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during mobile drug checking. Some tablets dispensed as ecstasy contained a high or very high amount of MDMA. Two other ecstasy tablets showed no MDMA, but 2-Fluorodeschloroketamine or a mixture of mCPP and TFMPP on. In a sample submitted as MDMA, instead 4-CMC detected. One sample submitted as „pink cocaine“ contained a Mixture of seven substances. A tablet delivered as 5-MeO-MiPT did not contain the expected substance, but the cathinone 2-MMC and an unknown substance proven.

Current warnings KW 5 - 2026
In mid to late January 2026, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during inpatient drug checking. In several tablets dispensed as ecstasy High dosages MDMA and admixtures of Caffeine detected. In two speed samples Unknown substances and in several cocaine samples typical extenders such as Levamisole, phenacetin or Procaine were found. Three LSD samples and one cannabis sample also contained additional unknown substances. In addition to the expected 4-MMC, several samples submitted as mephedrone also contained 4-CMC and 4-BEC .

Current warnings KW 2 - 2026
At the end of December 2025, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to MDMA, one ecstasy tablet also contained the cathinone clephedrone (4-CMC). One tablet contained only Caffeine and another an extremely high dose of MDMA. Half of the samples submitted as mephedrone showed either exclusively or additionally one or more other cathinones (2-MMC, 4-CMC, 4-BEC).
