Current warnings week 7 - 2026
At the beginning of February 2026, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during inpatient drug checking. In several tablets dispensed as ecstasy High dosages MDMA and admixtures of Caffeine was detected. In two tablets, instead of the expected MDMA, 3-CMC and one unknown substance found. Three cocaine samples contained typical extenders such as Procaine, caffeine or Phenacetin. In several samples submitted for analysis as 2C-B, additional Unknown substances or admixtures of 4-MMC was detected. Several cannabis samples also contained additional Unknown substances or synthetic cannabinoids. One sample, which was submitted as an unknown substance, contained 5F-MDMB-PINACA. In addition, in several samples submitted as mephedrone, besides the expected
4-MMC also 4-CMC and 4-BEC .

Current warnings KW 6 - 2026
At the end of January 2026, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during mobile drug checking. Some tablets dispensed as ecstasy contained a high or very high amount of MDMA. Two other ecstasy tablets showed no MDMA, but 2-Fluorodeschloroketamine or a mixture of mCPP and TFMPP on. In a sample submitted as MDMA, instead 4-CMC detected. One sample submitted as „pink cocaine“ contained a Mixture of seven substances. A tablet delivered as 5-MeO-MiPT did not contain the expected substance, but the cathinone 2-MMC and an unknown substance proven.

Current warnings KW 5 - 2026
In mid to late January 2026, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern during inpatient drug checking. In several tablets dispensed as ecstasy High dosages MDMA and admixtures of Caffeine detected. In two speed samples Unknown substances and in several cocaine samples typical extenders such as Levamisole, phenacetin or Procaine were found. Three LSD samples and one cannabis sample also contained additional unknown substances. In addition to the expected 4-MMC, several samples submitted as mephedrone also contained 4-CMC and 4-BEC .

Current warnings KW 2 - 2026
At the end of December 2025, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to MDMA, one ecstasy tablet also contained the cathinone clephedrone (4-CMC). One tablet contained only Caffeine and another an extremely high dose of MDMA. Half of the samples submitted as mephedrone showed either exclusively or additionally one or more other cathinones (2-MMC, 4-CMC, 4-BEC).

Current warnings week 50 – 2025
At the end of November 2025, we tested a range of substances that are particularly harmful to health. In addition to some (very) high-dose ecstasy tablets, two ecstasy tablets contained, among other things, MDMA and caffeine. All samples sold as mephedrone (4-MMC) contained either another synthetic cathinone such as 2-MMC or 4-CMC, an unknown substance or other substances or mixtures of substances in addition to mephedrone. In a sample submitted for analysis as hashish, MDMB-PINACA and two unknown substances detected; in another, two unknown substances.

Current warnings week 48 – 2025
In November 2025, we tested a number of substances that are particularly harmful to health using stationary drug checking. A sample submitted as GHB was found to contain GBL found. In several tablets sold as ecstasy, in addition to MDMA or instead of MDMA, Caffeine detected. The synthetic cannabinoid was found in two cannabis samples. MDMB-PINACA identified. Two samples submitted as Tusi/Tusibi contained mixtures of several psychoactive substances.

Current warnings week 46 - 2025
At the end of October / beginning of November 2025, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to some (very) high-dose ecstasy tablets, some ecstasy tablets also contained one or more other psychoactive substances, often in small quantities or traces. Two samples submitted for analysis as „speed“ contained the following instead Cathinone 2-MMC. A sample submitted as MDMA instead showed Mephedrone (4-MMC) on. In several THC cannabis samples, one CBD cannabis sample and one H4 CBD sample, various synthetic cannabinoids were detected in addition to cannabis (AB-CHMINACA, MDMB-BUTINACA, MDMB-PINACA). None of the samples submitted for analysis as 3-MMC contained 3-MMC, but all contained a different synthetic cathinone: N-Ethylpentedron, Brephedrone (4-BMC) or 2-MMC.

Current warnings week 44 - 2025
At the end of October 2025, we tested a number of substances of particular health concern. In addition to several samples submitted for analysis as ecstasy tablets containing high doses of MDMA, two tablets also contained Caffeine and in a tablet instead of MDMA, Amphetamine was detected. In some samples submitted for analysis as cocaine, mixtures of cocaine, Caffeine or procaine was found. One 2C-B sample also contained a unknown substance. In a sample submitted for analysis as MDMA, in addition to MDMA also N-Ethylpentedron were found. One sample submitted for analysis as speed and one as MDMA were instead found to be Methamphetamine.
